These Terms and Conditions are in addition to any special terms and conditions that apply to your purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any special terms and conditions, the special terms and conditions shall take precedence. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms and Conditions will override any other rights which you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.

PURCHASING FROM US To purchase from us you must be over 18. We can ship to certain countries outside the European Union on request. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to our agents, the craft worker, couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have received full cleared payment, accepted your order and that it has been shipped. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately otherwise we may be unable to rectify such a mistake, although you still have the right to cancel described at the bottom of this text. Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we both have accepted your order and that it has been shipped. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this.

OTHER INFORMATION OF WHICH YOU NEED TO BE AWARE

We may not necessarily keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order. We advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.

If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Details of how to exercise this right will be provided.

2:WHAT IS PAYPAL?

PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users. How do I use PayPal? Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the ‘Secure Checkout’. You will guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

Is PayPal secure? PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.

We shall contact you by email to notify you of any delays over seven working days. Natural grain, knots, streaks, seams and blemishes should be treated as part of the beauty of these unique items and not as faults. All pictoral representations of products, colours and dimensions within an internet website, brochure or leaflet are subject to limitations in colour reproduction and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS We will supply goods that will remain free from defects in materials or caused by workmanship for a period as appropriate in respect of the particular goods involved in the circumstances of handmade craft. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and the materials they are made from, but please be aware that these items are handmade.
